We are looking for female resources having strong communication skills and fluency in spoken English for our USA based project. Candidates having packaging experience will be preferred.
Brief Job description are as follows:
- Managing incoming calls, chats and emails.
- Generating sales inquiries through incoming calls, custom quote request forms, chats and emails.
- Making sure every inquiry is catered to properly; working in the supervision of sales manager and project manager to convert these inquiries into sales.
- Assessing customer’s needs and coordinating with the estimation team to make sure customer receives price quotation in time.
- Periodic follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales.
- Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company guidelines and production capabilities.
- Keep records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, artwork and other files.
- Coordinating with design team to make artwork changes requested by customers.
- Coordinating with the shipping team to make sure the customer receives his/her job on time.
NOTE:
- Job timing is 8 Pm to 5 Am with Saturday and Sunday off.
- Candidates must have fluency in spoken&writing English.
- Mentioned salary is exclusive of sales commissions.
- Minimum 2 years of Similar Experience required.
- O/A level background is must
