Noc-Engineer

This full-time position involves monitoring and troubleshooting network devices and systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The role requires adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and timely reporting. You will be responsible for conducting root cause analysis and documenting incidents related to video management software, as well as overseeing the onboarding and ongoing maintenance of these systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot network devices and systems to maintain seamless operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to SLAs and prepare detailed reports on performance and issues.
- Perform root cause analysis for incidents and document findings comprehensively.
- Manage video management software onboarding processes and routine maintenance activities.
- Configure and manage IP CCTV cameras along with AI-based event triggers and alerts.
- Utilize knowledge of network monitoring tools and ticketing workflows to track and resolve issues efficiently.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 16 years of education with a major in Engineering disciplines such as Electrical, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- Proven experience in configuration and management of IP CCTV cameras and AI-based event systems.
- Strong understanding of network monitoring tools and ticketing systems to support workflow management.
