We are looking for a skilled and proactive NOC Engineer/Specialist to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise and service-provider level network infrastructure. This role demands hands-on experience with routing, switching, network security, and cloud-integrated network environments to ensure reliable and efficient network operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deploy, and support Layer 2 and Layer 3 network infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain routing and switching systems across the network.
- Identify and troubleshoot network issues to maintain optimal performance and uptime.
- Deploy and manage secure networking solutions including VPNs, firewalls, and NAT configurations.
- Monitor network health and performance using network monitoring and management tools.
- Provide support for VoIP systems and maintain appropriate Quality of Service (QoS) levels.
- Collaborate with cloud, systems, and security teams to ensure seamless integration across platforms.

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, routing, and switching fundamentals.
- Experience with IPv4/IPv6, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS/LDP protocols.
- Knowledge of core network services including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and NAT.
- Hands-on experience with network equipment from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik, or similar.
- Familiarity with QoS mechanisms and VoIP technologies such as SIP and RTP/SRTP.
- Understanding of network security practices, firewall management, and monitoring tools.
- Basic working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and virtualized environments.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant networking experience.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are considered a plus.
