The specialist will manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to build a strong online community focused on AI recruitment, HR technology, and the evolving hiring landscape. With a focus on content creation and audience engagement, the Social Media Specialist will play a key role in increasing brand awareness and driving meaningful interactions with HR professionals, recruiters, and business leaders. This full-time position is open to candidates based in Lahore, Pakistan or remote, with 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. The ideal candidate possesses excellent writing skills, creativity in content development, and a solid understanding of current social media trends and tools. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, and other internal stakeholders to produce high-quality content that supports product launches, campaigns, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with Nokhbas brand values and business goals.
Manage the companys presence across key social platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels, ensuring consistent and engaging content delivery.
Create diverse content formats such as posts, captions, carousels, short-form videos, and reels focused on AI recruitment, HR technology, hiring trends, and workplace insights.
Maintain and update weekly and monthly content calendars to organize and streamline content publishing schedules.
Engage actively with the online community by monitoring comments, messages, mentions, and fostering meaningful interactions with HR professionals, recruiters, and business leaders.
Research and identify trending topics, hashtags, and innovative content formats to keep the brands social media presence fresh and relevant.
Collaborate with internal teams including designers and marketers to ensure content quality and alignment with overall marketing campaigns.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic, using insights to refine strategies and optimize results.
Monitor competitor activities and industry conversations to uncover new growth opportunities and stay ahead in the HR Tech and AI recruitment space.
Support and promote product launches, marketing campaigns, webinars, and events by creating tailored social media content that drives awareness and participation.
