Job Description

US Based Company looking for Executive Assistant to work Remotely.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Must have Admin Capability with good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and MIS working.
  • Marketing (Social/Email)
  • 2+ Years of Social Media Marketing experience in a corporate marketing or agency marketing role.
  • 2+ Years of Social Media Marketing experience on all major social media platforms LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, and SlideShare.
  • Capability of doing Administrative Office Work.
  • Any other duty assigned by Head of Department.
  • Emailing potential customer data base, follow up email
  • Work closely with Executives on day to day basis for completion of daily, weekly, monthly task/project
  • Accounting/Bookeeping knowledge preferrable
  • Training will be provide by Corporation
