Job Duties.
- Take customer calls/email and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
- Building lasting relationships with clients.
- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
- Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
Requirements.
- This candidate will have experience in working such as 1 year or above experience in sales.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
- Superior listening, Best Spoken English, Strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle the stressful situations appropriately
Skills
