· Operate telephone switchboard to answer and forward calls, providing information, taking messages, scheduling appointments and answering the queries.
· Collect, sort, distribute and prepare courier deliveries.
· Greet and welcome the guests, determine purpose of visit.
· Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars.
· Transmit information or documents using computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
· Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials and maintain reception area.
· Maintain records and files or any other administrative support, when needed.
