We're looking for a dynamic and driven individual to oversee the logistics of our e-commerce store, prepare export documentation, and perform data entry for our new ERP.
Ecommerce Store Logistics
- Call customers on a daily basis to confirm their orders
- Answer customer queries
- Generate courier slips from the courier company's online portal
- Checking daily order dispatches to ensure that the products being sent are as per customer orders
- Maintain daily logs of customer order dispatches
- Update tracking information on Shopify
- Process customer returns - contact customers to inquire about return reasons and take follow-up actions, e.g. re-shipping orders.
- Maintain daily logs of order returns and report to the higher management
- Track customer payments and updating them on Shopify
- Coordinate with the Accounts Team to facilitate monthly accounts preparation
Exports
- Prepare export documentation, e.g. order confirmations, invoices, packing lists etc.
Data Entry
- Daily input of production, exports and expense-related data in the new ERP system to be implemented in the company.
