North American Staffing Service are looking for Customer Sales Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. A successful Customer Sales Representative must have an excellent attitude towards their work and empathy for their customers' needs. They should also have excellent listening and problem-solving skills to provide the information or solutions their customers need. Job
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. Working as a team with the Marketing Manager to get more business.
- Engaging in Social Media postings to keep it up-to-date
We are looking for candidates considerate on Bonuses with the base salary Follow ups on expected and new clients with emails and cold calling
Requirements and Skills:
- Intermediate/BS degree or equivalent experience Call Center experience is a plus point
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills as well as ability to lead and influence and deliver outstanding customer experience.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems Comfortable with Cold calling
- Excellent Communication Skills in English Fast and accurate typing speed
- Confident in creating exceptional client satisfaction experience.
- Problem solving and multi-tasking skills. Willing and active at work.
Compensation & Perks:
- The salary starts from PKR 30,000 plus incentives and bonus for freshers Candidates other than the Fuel Allowance.
- The salary starts from PKR 35,000 plus incentives and bonus for Experience Candidates other than the Fuel Allowance.
- Fuel Allowance of PKR 5000/- - Monthly paid leaves.
- (The incentive is on top of base salary, where you receive PKR 1500 additional for bringing new contract and running it for at least 30 days)
- The bonus/incentive will be applicable to every new contract
- Comprehensive and continuous training and development.
Office Timings:
MONDAY to FRIDAY 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM PST (Timings are flexible as per the requirement)
