North Star Education Inc. is a Canada-based federally incorporated education consulting and training company. We offer personalized teaching, training, and admission/ career advisory services to help every student achieve his/her educational goals. We also provide institutional consulting services including curriculum development, research, monitoring, and evaluation of training and educational projects and programs.
Position Overview: Part-Time teachers are required to teach the following courses to English Speaking elementary, high school, and college-level students, mainly from Canada, USA, China, and Hong Kong.
Subjects/ Courses: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Calculus, General Science, Computer Sciences (JAVA and Python Programming), Economics, Statistics, Business Studies.
Rate of Pay: Rs. 1,000 per hour will be paid during the initial 03 months probationary period. Depending on teacher’s performance, per hour rate could be increased up to Rs. 3,000/ per hour, after the successful completion of the probationary period.
Timings: Timings during weekdays: 4:00 am – 9:00 am (Pakistan Standard Time)
Timings on weekends: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am (Pakistan Standard Time)
Class Duration: 1.5 - 3 Hours
Position Requirements:
- Master’s degree from a reputed university in a relevant field of study with a minimum 3.0 CGPA.
- At least 02 years of prior teaching experience.
- Very strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
- Experienced in using/ willing to learn ONLINE educational technology tools/ learning management systems e.g. ZOOM, Google Classroom, Kahoot, Discord, Moodle, etc.
- Access to a stable/ reliable internet connection and uninterrupted power supply.
- Respect for other cultures and belief systems.
- Commitment to the educational development of students and academic integrity.
