Supervise/ensure the proper injection/placement and optimal utilization of Company’s Assets in the market i.e. Coolers, Glass, Shell, Signage etc.
Supervise/monitor the Stocks transactions at all levels against Planning and Forecasting.
Distribution Management through via software to ensure the proper execution of sales operations, ROI, KBI’s, GTM, GTD, Inventory Management etc. Zone / Area Management through Geographic Analysis, Potential Estimation, Infrastructure Analysis, Coverage Analysis and Call Frequency Analysis.
