Junior Lecturer

In this role, the Junior Lecturer is responsible for delivering comprehensive lectures and hands-on clinical demonstrations to students pursuing studies in aesthetics and cosmetology. The candidate must effectively design and develop curriculum content that integrates the most current trends in skin care, laser therapies, and cosmetic treatments. Responsibilities also include mentoring students, guiding practical training sessions, and ensuring a safe learning environment in line with industry standards. While managing a team is not a component of this position, the lecturer must demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills to facilitate student learning and engagement. Responsibilities

Develop, update, and deliver curriculum content related to aesthetics, skin care technology, and cosmetology to undergraduate students.
Conduct engaging theoretical lectures and practical/clinical demonstrations that foster a hands-on learning experience.
Mentor and support students by providing guidance on academic matters, practical skills, and career development within the field of aesthetic sciences.
Ensure the adherence to professional, ethical, and safety standards during teaching and clinical demonstrations, maintaining a secure learning environment.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, practical assessments, and examinations, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
Collaborate with academic peers to continuously enhance course materials, teaching methodologies, and assessment criteria.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in laser therapy, skin rejuvenation, and cosmetic procedures to incorporate current industry practices into teaching.
Facilitate student engagement through interactive presentations and effective classroom management techniques.
Participate in departmental meetings, contribute to academic discussions, and support university initiatives related to aesthetics and skin care education.
Prepare students for professional certifications by integrating relevant theoretical and practical components into the curriculum.
