The Gas Centre Incharge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gas centre, ensuring safe and efficient distribution of gas, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage gas Centre staff
2. Ensure safe handling and storage of gas cylinders
3. Identify, engage, and acquire new clients (domestic & commercial) through effective networking and relationship-building.
4. Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities
5. Manage daily cylinder supply routines, ensuring efficient logistics and timely deliveries
6. Coordinate with logistics team for timely deliveries
7. Handle customer complaints and queries
8. Implement safety protocols and procedures
9. Monitor and report any incidents or accidents
10. Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements:
1. At least 5 year experience
2. Proven sales/marketing experience (industrial gases/LPG industry preferred)
3. Strong business development and relationship management skills
4. Excellent communication/negotiation skills/HSE
5. Ability to work independently/manage multiple priorities
5. Strong analytical/problem-solving skill
