Operations Manager

Nova Bazaar is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in operations or team management and will oversee a team of 20 persons. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple departments and daily operational tasks efficiently. The Operations Manager will be responsible for improving processes, managing projects, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations while maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism when handling vendor and customer issues. The successful candidate should be adept at business process management and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving. They will take ownership of decisions and provide practical solutions that contribute to the overall success of Nova Bazaar. Familiarity with basic spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets is necessary to manage data and reporting activities effectively. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a diverse team of 20 members to achieve operational excellence and meet company goals.
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs in daily operations.
Manage multiple departments simultaneously, ensuring coordination and effective communication across all teams.
Oversee supply chain management activities to guarantee timely and cost-effective procurement and delivery of goods.
Handle vendor and customer issues professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolution and maintaining strong business relationships.
Coordinate project management efforts to deliver strategic initiatives on time and within budget.
Utilize business process management techniques to streamline workflows and enhance overall productivity.
Prepare and analyze operational reports using Excel or Google Sheets to inform decision-making and track key performance indicators.

Make practical and responsible decisions that align with the companys vision and operational requirements.
