We are looking for a full-time Lead Calling Officer who will handle daily admissions leads for Empowerers.
Main Duties:
Call provided leads throughout the day
Share basic information about our eBay and Etsy training
Convince leads to visit our office for admission
Maintain a follow-up sheet for all calls
Report daily call activity
Requirements:
Confident in speaking
Regular, responsible, and active
Good communication skills
Able to convince people politely
Basic understanding of e-commerce (preferred but not required)
