We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial transactions, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors while maintaining strong relationships.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve any accounting-related issues that may arise.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Handle general ledger entries and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in financial audits and maintain financial security by following internal controls
- Double Entry Concepts to be cleared and sound.
