Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer issues by ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer problems efficiently.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
