NSDP - National Skills Development Program is hiring a Project Manager in Model Town, Lahore (on-site). Full-time, one vacancy. Salary: PKR 80,000-100,000 per month. Minimum bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience. Coordinate project planning, team tasks, timelines, communications and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans outlining phases, deliverables, and deadlines to guide team activities.
Coordinate and manage a team of five professionals to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
Monitor project progress continuously, identifying risks and implementing corrective measures proactively.
Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to keep all parties informed about project status and issues.
Ensure that all project activities comply with organizational standards and objectives.
Manage resource allocation and workload distribution to optimize team performance.
Resolve conflicts and obstacles that may impact project delivery while maintaining team motivation and focus.
Collaborate with other departments as necessary to ensure seamless project integration and execution.
