  • Accurately log all interactions using our internal systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Meet quality assurance and performance targets

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior contact center or customer service experience is a plus
  • Basic computer literacy (CRM tools, email, typing speed)
