Key Responsibilities
- Administer personalized medical care tailored to each patient’s specific healthcare needs.
- Manage patient transfers, medication administration, intermittent catheterization, and daily care activities.
- Monitor vital signs and overall health status, ensuring accurate and timely medical record-keeping.
- Communicate any changes in patient condition promptly to relevant parties.
- Accompany patients during travel, providing continuous care and support as needed.
- Assist with activities of daily living while preserving patient dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
- Perform intermittent catheterization using sterile techniques in line with clinical protocols.
- Uphold high standards of patient safety, hygiene, and infection control practices.
- Offer emotional support alongside professional nursing care to enhance patient well-being.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure continuity of care.

Required Qualifications
- Qualified Nurse with valid professional credentials.
- Minimum of 1 year of hospital experience.
- Proven experience working with wheelchair-bound patients.
- Strong clinical knowledge in patient care, monitoring, and nursing procedures.
- Competency in performing intermittent catheterization safely and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented approach to care delivery.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently as required.
- Strong interpersonal and caregiving skills.
