We are seeking a motivated and dedicated teacher with excellent English proficiency to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching children aged 2 to 3 years in a supportive and engaging learning environment. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Karachi, offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and performance during the demo session.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver age-appropriate lessons to children aged 2 to 3 years, fostering early development and language skills.
- Maintain a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages learning and curiosity.
- Prepare and implement lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum and standards.
- Manage classroom activities effectively from Monday to Thursday, 7:45 AM to 2:15 PM, and on Friday from 7:45 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Attend and work one Saturday per month as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school meetings and training sessions as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills are essential.
- A minimum of three years of teaching experience in a formal school setting (tuition or private tutoring experience will not be considered).
- Ability to commute to the school location near Karsaz Road, National Stadium, and Maritime Museum in Karachi.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Salary range is between Rs40,000 to Rs60,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstration of teaching skills during the interview process.
