We are seeking a dedicated nursing professional to join our team as a full-time faculty member. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical or teaching background and possess the necessary credentials to contribute effectively to the education of nursing and midwifery students. This role involves delivering lectures, providing constructive feedback on assignments, and guiding students in developing their nursing and midwifery skills. The position requires excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment. The work location is on-site, and candidates who reside near Karachi New Sabzi Mandi or are willing to relocate are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct lectures for nursing and midwifery students, ensuring clear and engaging delivery of course material.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on students’ assignments to support their academic growth.
- Assist and instruct students in practical nursing and midwifery skills, enhancing their clinical competence.
- Demonstrate strong teaching, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage classroom and clinical learning environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN), Post RN BScN, or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
- Valid Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) license.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of clinical or teaching experience in nursing or midwifery.
- Ability to work full-time and commit to the responsibilities of the role.
