We are looking for an experienced Manager Nursing to lead and oversee the nursing department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care and maintaining patient safety standards. This role involves managing nursing teams, delegating responsibilities, organizing staffing schedules, and ensuring adequate coverage across all shifts and units. The Manager Nursing will also be responsible for developing and implementing nursing policies, procedures, documentation control, and clinical protocols in accordance with hospital standards and state regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify learning needs and facilitate continuous competency development among nursing staff.
- Promote evidence-based nursing practices and support professional growth within the team.
- Provide leadership in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care services.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, organizational policies, and protocols.
- Monitor quality indicators and drive continuous improvement in patient care outcomes.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to strengthen infection prevention and control practices.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is mandatory.
- Valid Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) license.
- A minimum of 6 to 10 years of relevant progressive nursing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong bedside clinical knowledge combined with administrative experience in managing nursing department functions, clinical governance, quality management, and infection prevention & control.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- A Master’s degree such as MSN or MBA in Healthcare is preferred.
