NURSING SUPERVISOR-Night Shift

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nursing professional to oversee the daily operations of nursing units during shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and supervising nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. This role involves direct interaction with patients and their attendants, providing counseling and support as needed. Additionally, the candidate will conduct regular technical training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily shift duties across nursing units to ensure smooth operations.
- Guide, supervise, and support nursing staff throughout the shift.
- Provide counseling to patients and their attendants to address concerns and improve care experience.
- Conduct regular technical training sessions to keep nursing staff updated on best practices and protocols.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to assigned patients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Ensure the safe handling and proper use of medical equipment and supplies.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN), Post RN BScN, or General Nursing Diploma.
- Minimum of one year of experience working in a reputable hospital setting.
- Valid nursing license issued by the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, attendants, and healthcare team members.
