National Strategy & Performance Development Manager

Nutrico Morinaga Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated National Strategy & Performance Development Manager to lead and oversee strategic planning and performance initiatives across the organization. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in training and managing a field force in the pharmaceutical industry, possessing both a Pharm-D and an MBA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies that enhance organizational performance and achieve business objectives. Managing a small team, the manager will drive performance improvements by leveraging data analysis and performance management techniques to ensure consistent progress and alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement national strategies to enhance performance and achieve organizational goals.

Facilitate communication between the field force and senior leadership to ensure alignment and resolve challenges.
