Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and share accurate medical and product-related information with healthcare professionals to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical and nutrition products, including their applications, benefits, and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and sustain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers within assigned territories to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Use territorial knowledge to identify key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to engage with and support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards in all communications and reporting activities.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on medical information requests, interactions, and feedback using Microsoft Excel and other tools.
- Assist in the development and execution of medical communication strategies to enhance product awareness and support business goals.
- Respond promptly and accurately to product inquiries from healthcare professionals while maintaining scientific integrity and confidentiality.
- Monitor and analyze medical information trends and feedback to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, training, and other initiatives that require medical information expertise.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to stay informed about the latest developments in the pharmaceutical and nutrition fields.
- Support internal audit and compliance activities related to medical information and reporting.
