Nutrifactor is seeking a dedicated and proactive candidate to join our team as an “Assistant Sales Coordinator” responsible for supporting sales team activities and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and records.
- Support in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Assist in maintaining customer databases and records.
- Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned.
- Make reports related to sales operations.
- Assist marketing coordinator in day-to-day after sales activities.
- Communicate with clients and provide necessary information.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel at an advanced level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
