We are seeking a talented and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing web applications using the MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js technology stack. You will work closely with our team of designers and developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and responsive web solutions.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack
- Create responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Express.js and Node.js.
- Design and manage the MongoDB database, including schema design and optimization.
- Implement user authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Write unit tests and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in both the front-end and back-end of the application.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
- Solid experience with React for building dynamic user interfaces.
- Proficiency in server-side development using Node.js and Express.js.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
- Experience with state management libraries/tools like Redux or Context API.
- Knowledge of web security best practices and common vulnerabilities.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Note: Shopify, Liquid knowledge will be a major plus.
