We are looking for an innovative marketing manager with experience in brand management and creatives to execute our marketing plans and communication strategies across all channels, and manage a team of marketing professionals. We usually develop everything in-house - so creativity, analytical thinking, team management is all needed. This candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. The incumbent must have a strong understanding of consumer insights, customer personas, brand strategy, and positioning.
This position will be tasked with 3 main objectives:
1. Execution of Marketing & Brand Campaigns - Conceptualize, Plan & Execute
2. Create Brand Identity of existing brands
3. Lead the development of all brand and communication assets - Digital & Offline media including videos, banners, GIFs, OOH, Radio Ads etc.
