As a Nutrition Specialist focusing on infant nutrition, you will act as a trusted advisor to healthcare professionals by delivering accurate, science-based information on infant nutrition solutions. Your role will strictly adhere to the WHO Code and local regulations, ensuring ethical and compliant communication. This position involves building strong professional relationships and supporting healthcare providers with evidence-based guidance on Nestlé’s infant and maternal nutrition products.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain value-driven relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors and paramedical staff, through structured and regular engagements.
- Provide high-quality scientific detailing on infant nutrition products, emphasizing product features, benefits, and appropriate usage while ensuring compliance with all guidelines.
- Position Nestlé as a credible and preferred source of information on infant and maternal nutrition within the healthcare community.
- Implement territory plans to maximize coverage, engagement frequency, and overall impact in the assigned area.
- Promote ethical market share growth within the legitimate prescription space, particularly where breastfeeding is not possible.
- Organize and conduct scientific activities such as group presentations, speaker sessions, and roundtable discussions to educate healthcare professionals.
- Support Nestlé’s participation in medical conferences and professional forums to enhance brand visibility and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all healthcare professional interactions using CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prescribing behaviors to provide actionable insights to internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on communication strategies and execution plans.
- Ensure the proper handling and maintenance of company assets and promotional materials.

Compliance & Ethics
- Strictly adhere to the WHO Code and the Local Code of Breast Milk Substitutes at all times.
- Avoid any direct or indirect business engagement with pregnant women or mothers of infants.
- Conduct all activities in full compliance with Nestlé’s policies and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in nutrition or pharmaceutical detailing.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence healthcare professionals effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently in dynamic and challenging environments.
- Experience in organizing scientific engagements or medical educational activities.
- Excellent communication, planning, and execution capabilities.
- A team-oriented mindset combined with a proactive and accountable approach to work.
