Receptionist

Obrotu is a digital marketing agency, one of the finest 360 Advertising Agency of Pakistan based in Lahore and having an office in Karachi. It provides innovative strategies and incredible creative expertise.

We are looking for a detail-oriented female candidate based in Lahore who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Responsibilities and Duties

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Distribute mail.
Act as the first point of contact for visitors.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
Can make Official Notes and Letters as per requirement.
Make meeting arrangements
Assist in general admin work.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelors with relevant work experience.
Presentable
Excellent communication skills.
Microsoft Office
