Tiny Tyme Inclusive Learning Centre is seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join their team for the morning shift. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience and be committed to providing high-quality therapeutic support in an inclusive learning environment. This full-time position is based in North Nazimabad, Block H, Karachi, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. The role requires the therapist to work on-site, engaging directly with children and supporting their developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.
- Implement therapy sessions focusing on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each child’s development.
- Monitor and document progress regularly, adjusting interventions as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that encourages learning and growth.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of center programs and strategies.

Required Qualifications
- A degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
- At least three years of professional experience in occupational therapy, preferably in pediatric or inclusive learning settings.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and developmental milestones relevant to children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to working the specified morning shift hours from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
