Laravel Developer with WordPress Development Skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using the Laravel framework
- Design and implement database structures using MySQL or other relational databases
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Create RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end interfaces or third-party services
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability
- Develop custom WordPress websites, themes, and plugins as needed
- Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements
- Integrate WordPress sites with external APIs and services
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across Laravel and WordPress platforms
- Stay updated on Laravel and WordPress updates, best practices, and industry trends
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in PHP and experience with the Laravel framework
- Experience building and maintaining custom WordPress websites, themes, and plugins
- Knowledge of WordPress APIs, hooks, and filters
- Proficiency in MySQL or other relational databases
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration with front-end interfaces
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues across Laravel and WordPress platforms
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
