Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and recommend appropriate truck solutions.
Showcase and demonstrate the features and benefits of our trucks to potential buyers.
Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to customers.
Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and tactics.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Provide after-sales support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:

Proven experience in truck sales or a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or business administration is a plus.
