Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Associates to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and a positive attitude. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our startup while developing valuable skills in sales and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound/Inbound sales calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our range of IT reselling, inbound campaign, and medical billing services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and strategies for growth.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position DocTech's offerings.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of proven success in sales, preferably in a technology or healthcare-related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
- Resilient attitude and ability to handle rejection positively, maintaining motivation and persistence in the face of challenges.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
