Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models.
- Work closely with data scientists to transform data science prototypes into production-grade systems.
- Conduct research and implement new methodologies in the field of machine learning.
- Maintain, monitor and optimize existing ML models and ensure their scalability.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate machine learning models into the company’s products and services.
- Design and conduct machine learning experiments, interpret and report results.
- Continually stay informed about the latest developments in the field of AI/ML.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a machine learning role.
- Proficiency with a deep learning framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proficiency with Python and basic libraries for machine learning such as scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy.
- Experience with databases and SQL.
- Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision or other AI subfields will be a plus.
