Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to export shipments.
- Coordinate with operations, documentation, and shipping lines to ensure timely execution of export shipments.
- Prepare and share shipment status updates with customers.
- Follow up with clients for required shipping documents and approvals.
- Address customer complaints and provide swift resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates may also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
