Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and overall supply chain efficiency.
Inventory Management: Implement and maintain accurate inventory tracking systems, monitor stock levels, reduce material waste, and ensure raw materials and finished goods are well-managed.
Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and transportation providers to ensure timely material flow and efficient product dispatch.
Cost Control & Budgeting: Manage warehouse operational costs, implement cost-saving strategies, and optimize resource allocation to enhance profitability.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety standards, ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, conduct risk assessments, and implement preventive measures.
Workforce Supervision: Lead and manage warehouse staff, supervisors, and material handlers,ensuring high productivity, training, and adherence to company policies.
