AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd., a well-established company based in Karachi, is looking for a motivated Organizational Development (OD) Executive to join its HR Department at the Head Office. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in organizational development, HR excellence, or a related field. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000 and requires on-site work in a dynamic environment where the candidate will help develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s culture and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Development (OD): Assist in the implementation of OD initiatives designed to improve organizational effectiveness and foster a positive workplace culture. Support organizational assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
KPI & Performance Management: Help design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments. Assist in managing the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely follow-ups, and compiling performance data for analysis and reporting.
SOPs & Process Excellence: Support the creation, updating, and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across various departments. Ensure adherence to established processes and facilitate effective communication of policies throughout the organization.
Succession Planning: Assist in maintaining succession planning frameworks and support the identification and development of high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
Learning & Development (L&D): Participate in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinate both technical and behavioral training sessions to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities. Assist in conducting surveys, gathering feedback, and compiling reports to improve workplace satisfaction and morale.
Reporting & Analytics: Prepare reports and dashboards related to KPIs and OD initiatives. Maintain accurate data records and assist in analyzing data to support informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in organizational development, HR excellence, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile, interpret, and present performance data effectively.
- Good communication skills to assist in policy dissemination and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Compensation and Work Location
The position offers a monthly salary in the range of Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000. This is an on-site role based at AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd.’s Head Office in Karachi.
