We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training from our UK-based staff to ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial data.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with UK-based finance team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense management.
- Work closely with management to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with international teams or clients is a plus.
