Odiking Industry (Private) Limited is seeking a dedicated QC Supervisor Motorcycle Parts to oversee the quality control processes within our motorcycle parts manufacturing operations. This role is critical to maintaining and enhancing product quality standards, ensuring that all components meet specified requirements. The ideal candidate possesses comprehensive knowledge in quality control management, inspection and testing procedures, and supplier quality management. Strong analytical skills in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation are essential to drive continuous improvement. This position requires at least five years of relevant experience and excellent reporting skills to effectively communicate quality issues and resolutions to management. The QC Supervisor will directly report to management and play an integral role in aligning quality initiatives with organizational goals. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the candidate must work collaboratively with cross-functional departments and suppliers to ensure consistent quality and compliance.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspection and testing of motorcycle parts to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
Manage quality control documentation and reporting, compiling detailed reports for management review.
Implement supplier quality management processes, including conducting supplier audits and monitoring supplier performance.
Identify, analyze, and investigate quality issues through root cause analysis techniques, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified discrepancies and prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to enhance quality processes and maintain product integrity.
Monitor adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production cycle.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process improvements based on quality data and trends.
Ensure timely resolution of quality problems and provide feedback to management regarding potential risks or improvements.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, corrective actions, and supplier quality activities to facilitate audits and compliance verification.
