Elevantra Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly skilled Senior Odoo Consultant to join our team based in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, blending remote and on-site collaboration. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both the functional and technical aspects of Odoo and be capable of managing end-to-end implementation projects. Responsibilities include planning, requirement gathering, deployment, and providing post-implementation support. The consultant will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business needs, configure and customize Odoo solutions, oversee project activities, and ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee Odoo implementation and customization projects from initiation through to completion. Accurately gather, analyze, and document client business requirements. Provide functional consultation and recommend tailored Odoo solutions that align with client workflows. Configure and implement relevant Odoo modules based on business processes. Collaborate with technical and development teams to facilitate customizations and system integrations. Offer technical support and contribute to development-related tasks as necessary. Effectively manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, and client expectations. Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, user training sessions, and workshops to ensure smooth adoption. Perform system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to maintain quality standards. Identify potential project risks and propose practical solutions to ensure timely delivery. Provide post-implementation support by resolving both functional and technical issues. Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including functional requirement documents and implementation reports.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience managing Odoo projects with proven success. Strong hands-on expertise in both the functional and technical domains of Odoo. Demonstrated experience in implementation, configuration, customization, and project delivery of Odoo solutions. Deep understanding of Odoo business processes and workflows across multiple modules. Ability to translate client requirements into effective functional and technical solutions. Excellent project management skills combined with strong communication and client-handling capabilities. Ability to work independently while managing multiple project tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Odoo customization and module development is highly desirable. Knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and the Odoo framework will be an advantage. Familiarity with Odoo integrations, APIs, and third-party applications is preferred. Experience working with different Odoo versions is beneficial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
