Odoo Developer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Odoo Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo applications tailored to meet specific business needs. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions and enhance overall system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules to support business operations.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Debug and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Optimize application performance and maintain system reliability.
- Collaborate with functional teams to deliver high-quality and timely solutions.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for code and development processes.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience working with Odoo (Community and/or Enterprise editions).
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and PostgreSQL database management.
- Solid understanding of the Odoo framework, including ORM and module development.
- Experience working with XML, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Odoo.sh or cloud-based deployment environments.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks to enhance user interface development.
- Understanding of core business processes such as ERP, CRM, Accounting, and Inventory management.
- Prior exposure to Agile development methodologies and collaborative team environments.

Additional Information:
- Work hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- This is a full-time, in-person position.
- Monthly compensation ranges between Rs 100,000 and Rs 150,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
