Basatne MENA Group is undertaking a significant initiative to implement the Odoo ERP system across its subsidiaries—Cartlow, Ardroid, and Ncentiva—operating in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. To ensure the success of this multi-company, multi-country rollout, the group is looking for a seasoned Odoo ERP Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving structured delivery and ensuring rapid execution throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating efforts across diverse teams and locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Odoo ERP system across multiple subsidiaries and countries, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to guarantee on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and external vendors to facilitate smooth integration and adoption of the ERP system.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any issues encountered.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and business practices in each operating country during the ERP rollout.
- Facilitate training sessions and change management initiatives to support user adoption and minimize disruption.
- Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback and optimizing ERP processes post-implementation.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing ERP implementations, preferably with Odoo, across multiple companies and countries.
- Strong project management skills, including proficiency with project planning tools and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of business processes in retail, technology, or related sectors.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage given the regional scope.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience working in the MENA region or with multinational organizations is highly desirable.
- Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) will be considered an asset.
