Odoo ERP Trainer (Remote Freelance)

Strats Academy is looking for an experienced and motivated Remote Freelance Odoo ERP Trainer to deliver practical, career-oriented training on Odoo business management software. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Odoo ERP and a strong understanding of core business operations such as accounting, inventory management, sales, and purchasing. This role focuses on equipping students with real-world skills to effectively use Odoo across various business environments, preparing them for ERP-related roles and enhancing their operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and clear online training sessions on Odoo ERP software.
- Teach students how to navigate, configure, and utilize different Odoo modules effectively.
- Provide practical instruction on Odoo Accounting and Invoicing processes.
- Deliver training on Inventory Management, Sales, Purchase, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) modules.
- Explain workflows related to vendor management, customer management, order processing, and invoicing.
- Demonstrate how to generate financial reports, track inventory, and analyze business performance using Odoo.
- Illustrate the integration between various Odoo modules to offer a comprehensive understanding.
- Design and assign hands-on exercises, assignments, and real-world business scenarios to reinforce learning.
- Guide students in setting up and managing business workflows within the Odoo platform.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.

Required Qualifications
- Practical experience working with Odoo ERP software.
- Strong knowledge of ERP workflows and core business processes.
- Familiarity with Odoo Accounting, Sales, Purchase, and Inventory modules.
- Previous experience as an Odoo Trainer, Functional Consultant, ERP Consultant, or Implementation Specialist is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Experience in Odoo implementation, configuration, or customization is advantageous.
- Odoo certification is considered a plus.

This is a remote freelance position with compensation ranging from Rs24,000 to Rs110,000 per month, based on commission linked to the number of students per batch. Candidates should be prepared for long-term associations with recurring training batches. Clear communication of availability and commitment is essential to ensure alignment with training schedules.
