We are seeking a skilled Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Odoo ERP solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, solid accounting fundamentals, and practical experience in Odoo projects. Candidates with expertise in Manufacturing (MRP), Multi-Company environments, and Consolidation will be highly preferred. The position demands effective collaboration with clients and technical teams to ensure successful ERP deployments and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through client meetings, stakeholder discussions, and workshops.
- Understand existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Odoo ERP.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
- Map business processes and translate requirements into practical Odoo solutions.
- Configure Odoo modules in line with business needs and ERP best practices.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend suitable functional solutions.
- Coordinate with technical and development teams for customization, development, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare test scenarios and validate system functionality against business requirements.
- Deliver end-user training and provide support during implementation and post-go-live phases.
- Offer post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Manage communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Support multiple implementation projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant with hands-on Odoo ERP implementation exposure.
- Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, and Operations.
- Good grasp of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience in business process analysis, process mapping, and preparing BRDs and functional documentation.
- Skilled in functional testing and conducting UAT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
- ACCA Qualified or ACCA Finalist (with 2–3 papers remaining).
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.

- Proven track record in Odoo implementation, configuration, gap analysis, and solution design.

- Comfortable handling multiple ERP implementation projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and project lifecycle management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs130,000.
- Work location requires in-person attendance.
