Odoo Functional Consultant

TechnoTech Solutions, a prominent provider of advanced IT services, is looking for a full-time, on-site Odoo Functional Consultant to join its Lahore team. The successful candidate will engage directly with clients to analyze their business processes, gather detailed requirements, and translate these into efficient Odoo configurations and workflows. This role requires close collaboration with technical teams to implement customizations, deliver user training, support data migration, and provide ongoing post-implementation assistance. The ideal consultant will possess strong analytical and communication skills, a thorough understanding of ERP systems and business operations, and a dedication to delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client discovery and requirement-gathering sessions to fully understand business needs.
- Analyze and document existing business processes to ensure accurate solution design.
- Configure Odoo modules according to client requirements and prepare functional specifications for any custom development.
- Test and validate configurations and customizations to guarantee functionality and quality.
- Support data migration and system implementation activities to ensure smooth transitions.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to implement solutions effectively.
- Deliver user training sessions and develop comprehensive functional documentation.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to maintain optimal system performance.
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client processes through Odoo functionalities.

Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution validation.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities for effective stakeholder engagement and training.
- Solid understanding of business processes including sales, purchasing, inventory, human resources, and reporting.
- Experience in preparing clear and detailed functional documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
