Odoo Functional Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for leading business process mapping, configuring Odoo modules, managing enterprise-level deployments, and optimizing operational workflows. Your expertise will ensure the delivery of robust Odoo solutions that drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency through successful full-lifecycle implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Mapping & Blueprinting: Conduct detailed requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders to develop comprehensive Business Blueprints (BBPs) and perform gap analysis to align business needs with Odoo capabilities.

- Module Configuration: Map, configure, and fine-tune core Odoo modules including Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Production/MRP, and CRM to meet organizational requirements.

- Implementation & Lifecycle Management: Lead end-to-end Odoo implementation cycles, including system upgrades, cutover planning, and providing post-go-live hypercare support to ensure smooth transitions.

- Data Migration & Integrity: Cleanse, structure, and execute accurate master data migrations and transactional data uploads, maintaining data integrity throughout the process.

- Testing & User Enablement: Design and oversee comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and deliver impactful training sessions for key users and system administrators to facilitate adoption.

- Documentation & Governance: Offer functional guidance, prepare detailed system documentation for mapped workflows, and ensure adherence to best-practice enterprise standards for business owners.

Required Qualifications

- ACCA, B.Com, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on functional experience with Odoo, demonstrating a proven track record of completing at least three full lifecycle implementations.

- Strong operational knowledge of corporate finance, general ledger rules, inventory valuation methods, material requirements planning (MRP), and the ability to analyze business processes and map them effectively to Odoo solutions and configurations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Official certification as an Odoo Functional Consultant.

- Basic technical familiarity with the Odoo ecosystem is advantageous.
