Odoo Functional Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-savvy Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing client requirements, implementing Odoo ERP solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role requires bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions to achieve optimal system configuration and high user satisfaction. The consultant will work closely with clients and technical teams to deliver tailored ERP functionalities that support business processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients to understand their needs thoroughly.
- Map client requirements to Odoo ERP functionalities, ensuring the system meets business objectives.
- Configure and implement various Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, and HR.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between client needs and standard Odoo features, proposing suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with technical developers for necessary customizations and enhancements.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Perform system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure quality and functionality before deployment.
- Train end-users on the system and provide post-implementation support to address any issues.
- Assist in data migration and system integration tasks to ensure smooth transitions.
- Manage project timelines effectively and communicate progress regularly with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing Odoo ERP solutions in a business environment.
- Strong understanding of core business processes including finance, sales, supply chain, and human resources.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Effective communication skills and experience in client handling to ensure clear understanding and satisfaction.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, with a preference for hands-on experience in Odoo.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is considered an advantage.

Additional Information:
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Wapda Town, Lahore. The working hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs150,000, commensurate with experience and skills. The position requires in-person attendance to facilitate close collaboration with clients and internal teams.
