We are seeking a skilled Odoo 19.0 Enterprise Functional Implementer to join our team in a remote or hybrid capacity. In this role, you will take the lead in configuring and deploying our ERP system, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our business requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in leveraging the latest Odoo 19 features, including native AI frameworks, paperless workflows, and sustainability modules, to enhance operational efficiency without relying on custom coding.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Implementation: Lead discovery sessions to understand business processes thoroughly. Map these processes and configure Odoo 19 core applications such as CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, MRP, HR, and Project Management to meet organizational needs.

V19 Automation & AI: Configure the new central AI module, integrating tools like Gemini and ChatGPT, to automate workflows, optimize lead routing, and enable paperless document approvals.

New Module Deployment: Implement newly released Odoo 19 modules, with a focus on ESG Carbon Analytics and Equity, to support sustainability and equity initiatives within the company.

Odoo Studio Customization: Use Odoo Studio to develop customized user interfaces, automate server actions, and add custom fields, all while avoiding direct code modifications to maintain system integrity.

Migration & Training: Manage data migration from legacy systems and oversee Community-to-Enterprise conversions. Conduct comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT) and deliver training sessions to ensure smooth adoption by end-users.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo Enterprise functional implementations.
- Current and in-depth knowledge of Odoo 19.0 features and data structures.
- Official Odoo Functional Certification, preferably for versions 18 or 19.
- Strong understanding of core business processes including Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Supply Chain, and Accounting.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of training and supporting non-technical stakeholders effectively.
